Spend your holiday in the cosy mountain atmosphere of our holiday homes in the Harz Mountains. Your 74 m² semi-detached holiday home boasts a cosy wood-burning stove, private sauna as well as your own spacious terrace right in the heart of the Harz National Park.
Amenities in the semi-detached holiday homes
Our semi-detached holiday homes for four people feature spacious living rooms, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. One bedroom in the semi-detached holiday home is equipped with a double bed, one bedroom is equipped with one double bed and a single. The living room also doubles up as an additional sleeping area for one extra person so that the Harz holiday home can sleep a maximum of six. Bigger groups can book a pair of semi-detached holiday homes, so that a maximum of 12 people can enjoy a great holiday together. Please note, however, there is no connecting door between the two adjoining houses.
All holiday homes in the Torfhaus HARZRESORT are fully fitted with a kitchen, wood-burning stove, a sauna as well as a bike and ski storage room. Two 42” flat-screen TVs with SKY Bundesliga (free of charge) are available for cosy evenings during your Harz holiday. International guests can also enjoy English and French channels on the satellite TV in our Harz holiday homes.
Our rates include accommodation costs, final cleaning, cleaning agents and washing up liquid, bed linen, firewood, Wi-Fi*and telephone (German landline and mobile networks as well as most European networks). All beds are freshly made before you arrive. Additional hand towels can be picked up any time from reception for a small fee. We also offer a paid cleaning service during your stay and can also change the beds if you like.
Private terrace in a beautiful setting
Enjoy the warm summer evenings relaxing on the private terrace of your holiday home surrounded by the magnificent countryside of the Harz Mountains. Garden furniture is, of course, ready and waiting. Unfortunately, barbecues are not allowed in the Harz National Park for safety reasons (danger of forest fires).
